These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MacroIn application, website, and related services. By downloading, installing, or using MacroIn, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Health & Medical Disclaimer

MacroIn provides nutritional calculations and energy expenditure estimates based on established mathematical formulas (including the Mifflin-St Jeor equation). MacroIn does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content and outputs generated by the app are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified physician or clinical dietitian before starting any significant dietary changes or fitness regimens.

2. In-App Subscriptions & Billing

MacroIn offers optional auto-renewing PRO subscription tiers billed through your Google Play Store account:

• Weekly Plan (1xweek): Billed weekly on a recurring basis.
• Monthly Plan (1xmonth): Billed monthly on a recurring basis.
• Annual Plan (1xannual): Billed annually, including any applicable promotional trial period.

Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Store account settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse MacroIn, reverse-engineer the application code, abuse the AI meal vision endpoints, or attempt unauthorized access to our Firebase backend infrastructure.
