📋 Understanding Data Deletion Options

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and international privacy regulations (GDPR & CCPA), Simon Murimi Ngigi provides two flexible data deletion options for all users of Hockey Pro (com.hockeypro.ai):

1. Delete Entire Account (Full Deletion): When this option is selected, your user account is completely removed from our Firebase Authentication servers. All associated data—including user ID, profile data, notification tokens, saved favorite hockey teams, betslips, and AI prediction quota logs—is permanently purged.
2. Manage App Data (Selective Deletion): If you wish to retain your account login but delete specific activity records, you may request deletion of usage history, past prediction queries, and session analytics. Your core account remains active.

📱 Alternative: In-App Account Deletion

If you currently have the Hockey Pro application installed on your Android device, you can also delete your account directly from within the app:

Open the Hockey Pro app on your Android device.
Tap the Profile / Settings icon in the navigation bar.
Scroll down and select "Account & Privacy".
Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your request.
Your account and stored data will be immediately scheduled for permanent erasure.

⏱️ Retention Policies & Processing Timeframe

Processing Time: All deletion requests received via this web portal or via direct email are verified and executed within 7 business days.

What is deleted:

Google Authentication records and Firebase UID.
Email address and profile identifiers.
Saved teams, preferences, notification subscriptions, and stored betslips.
AI analysis query history and interaction logs.

What may be retained: Certain aggregated, anonymized telemetry metrics (which cannot be associated with any specific person) or payment receipt records mandated by financial and tax laws through Google Play Billing may be retained for compliance.
